Handling 404 errors

I need a way to redirect visitors (301 permanent redirect) to my homepage whenever they visit a page that doesn't exist. This is particularly important for expired domain names because we want to keep the pagerank from random links across the web and also bring those visitors to the main page.

In rev a8d03e6882c6 I added code that will call site:/not_found when a request isn't handled.  Here is an example:

not_found.luan

I haven't implemented this in LuanHost yet.
