manual heading_options

Please fix manual heading_options for best aesthetics.  See rev 1285c52ea9d4 and compare aesthetics to lua manual.

I don't understand. You mean I should change colors, spacing, etc.? The Luan documentation is consistent with Bootstrap's design and should not be comparable with the Lua documentation, which has a different format. Please explain.
